Do I need to phone before coming for an examination?
Arranging the day and time of the examination by phone in advance reduces waiting time. In situations such as toothache or an injury, describing the situation on the phone helps determine which dentist can see you.
Can I see a particular dentist?
When you phone, you can say which dentist you would like to see. Our dentists may work on different days; a suitable day and time is agreed on the phone.
Can I get treatment advice over the phone?
The treatment suitable for you is determined by an oral examination and, if needed, X-rays. For this reason no diagnosis is made and no treatment is recommended by phone or message.
